At the Caldecott Foundation we place high importance on integrity, building positive relationships and being socially responsible. In fact these are three of our four core organisational values. As a result being open and honest with you about how we use your personal data is really important to us.

We want you to know that unlike other companies we will never sell, rent or trade your personal information for any reason. But in order to be completely transparent with you we have put together this Privacy Notice which sets out when and why we collect your personal information and what we do with it.

Contacting us through our website

We hope you will find the information on our website interesting and during your visit you may wish to contact us. If you do call or email us using the contact details provided on our website then your details will be used to get in touch with you. Depending on the nature of your enquiry it might be necessary for us to store your personal information. If this is the case then we will seek your written consent to do so and explain how your data will be stored and used.

Alternatively you might choose to use one of the two forms on our website to contact us and bot forms ask for personal information.
Our ‘Get In Touch’ form asks for you name, email address and phone number. This information will only be used in order to get in contact with you. Depending on your message and in order to get you the best response we may need to forward your details onto another member of our team. Your information will never be shared outside of the organisation without your consent.

Our ‘Make a Referral’ Form will be used by professionals and parents looking to place young people in our services. This information will only be used in order to get in contact with you. Depending on your message and in order to get you the best response we may need to forward your details onto another member of our team. If you are enquiring about residential or education services then your information will not be shared outside of the organisation. Donating and Fundraising for us online

We are constantly looking for ways to keep our costs as low as possible so that more money can be used to support our children and young people. In regards to donations and fundraising one way we do this is to use two other companies to collect online donations on our behalf and provide a facility for our fundraisers to gather donations online. These are the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) and JustGiving.

We have tried to make it really obvious when you will be transferred to one of these two websites and for your convenience we have provided links below to both of their privacy notices:

We are always looking for ways to improve our website and the information that we provide to our visitors. Please be assured that this information can’t be used in any way to identify you.

Our Privacy and Cookie policies were last reviewed on 1 st March 2018. In order to ensure all the information provided is up to date we will review these policies at least once every year.
